Deena is the smiling face you'll see behind the front desk each time you come into our office. Deena entered the dental field and joined BCP in 1989 and immediately knew that a career in dental office coordinating was the right path for her. Deena takes great pride in being part of managing the schedule, treatment planning and providing a compassionate and caring experience to all patients.
Carol's entire career has been in the medical/dental field. Her love for helping people led her to dentistry in 1999 and she joined BCP in July 2021. With many years of experience and knowledge, Carol is passionate about helping patients maximize their insurance benefits and helping them understand their dental needs. In her spare time, Carol adores spending time outdoors with her husband, son and two adopted golden retrievers. She also loves to spend time at the ocean and musical concerts.
Nancy has been Dental Assisting since 1991 and graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute with a Certificate in Dental Assisting in 1992. Shortly after she continued her education to include expanded duties certificates. In 2003 she graduated from NHTI with her Associates in Science with a major in Science. In 2017 Nancy was awarded Dental Assistant of the Year by the New Hampshire Dental Society. Nancy has been working at BCP since 2007. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Todd, making baskets, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kaitlin graduated from Seacoast Career school in Manchester in 2012. Kaitlin has been at BCP since July 2018. When not working Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. "Bedford Commons Periodontics has become a second home to me."~ Kaitlin
Randee graduated in 2004 from NHTI with her Associates in Dental Hygiene and was hired by Dr. Charles Neal that same year. Since she became a part of the BCP team she has taken pleasure in getting to know her patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health. When Randee is not working she is enjoying time with family and friends vacationing, camping, fitness and the beach. Randee is an avid hockey fan~ GO BRUINS!
Sue's dental career began in 1980 when she started working at her father's dental practice, here in Manchester NH, while she was in high school. Inspired to continue in the family profession after high school, she decided to become a Registered Dental Hygienist, and graduated from NHTI in 1987. After her father's retirement Sue wanted to continue in dental hygiene but change gears and work in periodontics. Sue has been with BCP since April 2006. Sue has two teenage children that she loves spending time with at the lake and ocean. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening and reading.
Krista graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA with her Dental Hygiene Associates in Science in 2001. Krista joined the BCP team in September 2019. When Krista is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, enjoying the outdoors and traveling to warm tropical destinations.
Danielle graduated from the University of Pittsburg in 2009 with a Bachelors in Science in Dental Hygiene and Health Management. Danielle joined the BCP team in October 2020. In her off hours Danielle enjoys hiking, golfing and sewing.
Brianna graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College in 2019, with an Associate's Degree in Science and a major in Dental Hygiene. Brianna is a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys educating her patients about the importance of oral health. She is also involved with OSDPC, a volunteer organization that gives back to individuals in Haiti, where help is desperately needed. Helping those abroad, and right here in our local community, has been very fulfilling. Brianna joined the BCP team on February 2024. In Brianna's down time she loves traveling to the British Virgin Islands with her husband and three children, where they explore the islands, hike and enjoy being outside.
