Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You will still receive the same great service from our dedicated team. However, to ensure the health of all our patients and staff we have implemented the following changes:
- Pre-screening: All patients will be called prior to their appointment for a series of pre-screening questions. If you are being escorted by a caregiver, or family member, that person will also need to be pre-screened, unless waiting in their car. Temperatures will need to be recorded before treatment.
- Upon arrival, please wait in your car or outside. Once you arrive, please call to let us know. We will call you when the doctor or hygienist is available to see you.
- Upon entrance, you will need to use hand sanitizer and wear a face mask.
In addition to our already stringent infection control protocol and the additional Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), we have installed a few additional safeguards for you and our team’s health and protection.
- The REME Halo: This reduces airborne and surface microbials (germs, bacteria and viruses) by 99%. Installed in our duct system.
- New Medical Grade Air purifiers in each treatment room and the waiting room.
These are higher rated than True HEPA filters. They remove 99.7% of particles.

If you have an appointment and have any of the following symptoms please call the office:
- Do you have a Fever?
- Do you have shortness of breath?
- Do you have sore throat?
- Experienced a recent loss of taste or smell?
- Experience headaches, fatigue or weakness?
- Do you have a cough?
- Are you in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 Patients?
- Have you been out of New England in the last 14 days?
- Are you currently awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test?
